Jennie delivers a wide variety of courses and workshops to organisations all over Ireland. Her own near fatal experience of Burnout has inspired her work in Resilience & Wellbeing particularly in the workplace.

One-day Workshop
In this one-day workshop we explore a variety of intriguing topics including:
- What is meant by Resilience & Well-being?
- Understand how their mind works; Control thoughts and recognise thought patterns
- How to manage. monitor and self-regulate stress levels
- How to recognize negative self-talk and the self-talk cycle
- Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to control stress and anxiety
- How to utilise tools that build accountability, self-control, and resilience

Half Day Workshop
In this 3.5 – hour workshop we look at how to identify stress in the body and how to regulate it. A combination of practical exercises is used to raise the awareness of where and how stress is affecting the individual.
In this workshop they will learn how to regulate their own stress levels.

Virtual Workshop
In this 2 – hour workshop we look at how to identify stress in the body and how to regulate it. A combination of practical exercises is used to raise the awareness of where and how stress is affecting the individual. In this workshop they will learn how to regulate their own stress levels.
